How Kairos Was Created

Kairos Kids Camp started from a place of deep understanding—both as a professional and a parent. Seeing the struggle families face during school holidays, I wanted to create something different: a place that isn't just a holding space, but an enriching home away from home. The name 'Kairos' means 'the opportune moment' or 'God's time.' It reflects our belief that every moment a child spends with us is an opportunity for growth, connection, and joy. We don't just count the hours; we make the hours count.

As a parent myself, I know the value of peace of mind. Every programme we design is built on the foundation of what I would want for my own children safety, creativity, and a sense of belonging.
Meet Roselina
More than 10 years of experience supporting children, young people and families.
Roselina is an experienced camp leader with more than 10 years of experience working in children’s activity camps. Throughout her career, she has supported children of different ages, backgrounds and abilities, helping them feel safe, included and confident while taking part in new experiences.
Her wider background spans childcare, youth services, community development and the arts. She has delivered creative and dance workshops in schools and supported young people to develop confidence, teamwork, leadership and practical life skills.

As a parent herself, Roselina understands that families need more than childcare, they need to know that their children will be welcomed, encouraged and genuinely cared for. She brings this personal understanding to Kairos, creating a camp where children can thrive and parents can feel reassured.
