Nova is designed for young people who are ready to challenge themselves, explore new interests and develop valuable skills for the future.

Through a mix of creative projects, leadership opportunities, sports, enterprise activities and team challenges, young people are encouraged to build confidence, independence and resilience in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Whether they are creating a podcast, developing a business idea, leading a team challenge or competing in a sports tournament, Nova provides meaningful experiences that help young people discover their strengths, make lasting friendships and prepare for the opportunities ahead.

As part of the wider Kairos camp community, participants are encouraged to take ownership of their experience, celebrate their achievements and become positive role models for younger campers.
